How to Cancel Promptmonitor Subscription

This guide explains how to cancel your Promptmonitor subscription through the Stripe customer portal

Steps to Cancel Subscription

  1. Open the Teams Settings

    • From your dashboard, click "Teams" in the sidebar navigation

  1. Access Billing Settings

    • Click "Billing" in the sidebar navigation

  1. Open Subscription Management

    • Scroll to the bottom of the billing page

    • Click the "Manage Subscription" button

This will redirect you to the Stripe Customer Portal.

  1. Cancel via the Stripe Portal

    • In the Stripe Portal, click "Cancel Subscription"

    • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your subscription is cancelled immediately

  • Access to paid features ends right away

  • No further charges will be made to your payment method

  • You can resubscribe at any time if you decide to return
