create new prompts failed

Feature Request

I created multiple prompts, but it still shows 0% Visibility Score, Top LLM "-", and TopCompetitor "-". The prompt cannot be opened or viewed in detail. I also tried refreshing the page, but the issue persists. Can someone tell me whether the LLM tracking task for my page is working properly?
